If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Any issues beyond 30 days of your purchase will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. OKAMI BRAND offers FREE SHIPPING on all DOMESTIC orders, within the Continental U.S., containing a Vaporizer unit. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground (2-5 business days) or Home service depending on the shipping destination. We do our best to ship all orders received Monday-Friday by 2pm the same day, depending on the USPS daily pick-up time. Otherwise, your order will go out the next business day.
